statistical approach towards... love

"statistical approach towards love" - this phrase may sound strange, but to some extent it makes .. sense. lets take a small example, one day it just bumped on me:
if someone loves not one, but three persons - does it mean that there is three times more love in this world?
hhmm, "statistically speaking" yes!
so maybe instead of only promoting peace and love, we should be in peace with world (and ourselves) and Love! Love without reducing it to one/two/three persons? i dont know. can someone help me with these doubts?
Our love quite often wants to own of our love object. why so, is that correct? is that the way it should be? sincerely lost...

You know, there is such a phrase "love is in the air", maybe this is about your doubts...

Although I think that if you love somebody, it means that you love one person, maybe you love nobody, you just really like all of them?

and talking about owning... Hmm, when you love somebody, I guess you can't own another person. You just love, you share your love and you are both still independent. But what is also important in this idependence, it should be combined with a respect to each other. ;)
