elazig, prep, day1

Day plan:

1. breakfast
2. presentation of organizations involved in the project
3. visit to local "bashkan" - governor of Elazig region. wow. very nice guy. interested in other countries, quite open.
4. visit to the big boss of FIRAT University of Elazig, different story, not so welcoming mister, still nice air conditioned office and traditionally good tea.. :)
5. walk in the city. during the walk, i jumt into the shoe shop of my friend and he joins as for walk and lunch.
6. lunch -some more great turkish food... i could get used to eat it everyday, i think..
7.working session with hosting group of the project. long discussion, some debate, at the end - most of the things clarified. uf, we move on.
8. trip to ancient city Harput " we visit Harput Kale (castle), Shahadet Parmah, Ancient Theatre, have another tea in the restaurant with the magnificient view over valley of Elazig, surrounded by mountains on all sides and decorated with two big lakes and settlements :)

9. nice long walk in the warm but fresh turkish night;
10. silent eve, since our turkish hosts are busy tonight and we are bit tired to do crazy things ourself. Marius is sitting and writting something to his blog.. one more cup of tea would be great.. going to find some :)
